Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X)
• Design social media creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars
• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & basic Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research, match types selection, and bid strategy management
• Write and optimize Google search ad copies and extensions
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, Quality Score, and ROI
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages (coordination level)
• Track performance using Google Analytics & Google Ads reports
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
• Coordinate with internal teams and handle client communication
• Stay updated with social media and digital advertising trends

Skill Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including:
• Campaign setup and structuring
• Keyword research and bidding strategies
• Conversion tracking and optimization
• Budget planning and performance analysis
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations
• Experience using content calendars and scheduling tools
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

We are seeking a talented and passionate Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, graphic design, and user experience, with the ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital assets. You will work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to design engaging websites, digital campaigns, brand identity designs and marketing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Bachelor’s degree with a working skill of Graphic Design and Web Design.
• Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coreldraw, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UI and UX principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the client and with the team.
• Attention to detail, perfection, creativity, and a passion for design.
